OKKKK, I was tempted last night to go off my woe/wol but I stuck with it. Whew, and I'm glad I did. Even though the drop maybe water weight or whatever, I will take it and it will encourage me to keep on keeping on! This weekend will be a toughie for me. My kids & grands are coming to visit + its Mothers day weekend so I'm sure they will want to celebrate. AND I need to go to the grocery store this morning (during senior hour). Eeeekkk, grocery shopping for the weekend of kids & grands is normally challenging. But I will try to "keep it together". I have been on a modified fast this week and this weekend I plan on eating low carb and leafy greens then next week back to my modified fast. Still looking into Paleo. Anyone out there have success with it?

Great drop there. You can make it through the weekend and it's ok to celebrate. I've done paleo and I loved it. I had success but found I like beans and peanuts to be strict paleo so I do a modified of it, coupled with CICO. I love your profile pic. Have a great weekend
