I was really hoping for a pound so I am excited that it was just shy of 2. I have been adding additional exercises in slowly and as I feel like I am ready to take the next step. Of course the days I work from home I have more time to exercise. So the challenge will be when we all go back to the "real world" how to keep up the momentum.
183.9 lb Lost so far: 35.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
