It's nice to see hard work pay off. I have not been really hungry in the evening so I haven't been eating till i get hungry. I am back to letting my body tell me when I need to eat, for the most part.
187.7 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
