I lost a half a pound this week, I'll gladly take it. I have not been really very hungry so have not been eating a lot. I doubt that will last but I am going with it for the time being.
195.1 lb Lost so far: 23.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
