After another week of pretty careful eating, my ketones are faint. Blood pressure drifting up. I've been reading and learning about the carnivore diet so I'm going to give it a go. Started yesterday with a ribeye steak! I'll let you know how it goes.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
