Sleep is a lot better, still trying to get to bed before midnight, but I found 7 hours feels like a good amount for me. 😊

Thanks for the insight Chris!! I don't feel so bad about only getting 6-7 hours now. For some reason I find my body always trying to wake at around 645-715ish every morning even on weekends.
