Well, I HAVE to get back into the groove. I am going the wrong way. I can't sleep at night and feel bulgy from lack of exercise. I know what I know and I'm not going back there. It's time to take care of myself again! I was only able to get this far from the help I found here. I will buckle down and set myself a lifestyle!
