There now I am back to where I was last Friday before my grandkids came visiting. I gained 1.5 pounds in the two days of Sat and Sun. It took me 5 days to lose it. Therein lies a tale! The overall good news is that I have been losing 1 pound a week which is my goal. The other good news is that in 7 weeks I lost weight five weeks and gained weight 2 weeks. So I am being fairly consistent and am not doing the yoyo thing.
260.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
