I've been hovering at 155....up 2 lbs. Think it's time to get serious! Better food choices....more excercise. Lace up the tennis shoes!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
