It feels like a victory! Gone for two days living in a hotel and having to eat in the hotel room. I planned. I used the suggestion of buying a pre-cooked chicken for supper last night. And I stayed the same!!! No lost ground to make up. Today I can get right back at it.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
