Sure enough! Ate three meals and actually ate around 100 calories more than yesterday and lost the pound I gained yesterday. Once again- I cannot skip meals, ever! If I eat 3 times a day, eat reasonably then I lose. I can eat the same amount but do it in two meals and I gain. The only meal I have never skipped is supper so that I don't know for sure but breakfast and lunch cannot be skipped.
265.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
