Weight has been yoyoing by 3-5lbs every day... been spotting all last week and finally today started that totm... which is a good thing because I have been starving and putting away food like no ones business yet scale isn't going up and down based on how much or what I ate that day... so it's been really confusing.... example few days I ate around 1200-1700cal good whole foods just gain gain gain had a bad day ate fast food and a lot of it like a meal with fries which is rare for me and lost 3lbs... whaaaaaaaat??? nothing changed with my potty ritual and the extra salt I should have gained, but nope. Body has been bouncing between 369-386 like ricochet rabbit!! The only thing I can think of is that my allergies are messing with me that bad, because I have had tonsillitis and joint pain crackling and occasional asmatic symptoms for a few breaths (usually after running around outside doing things thst increase my breathing ... it doesn't get very bad and stops fairly quickly once I cool down.. just feels like when you just start getting bronchitis and it feels like your lungs hesitate but your not to the squeaking or rattling stage). Which isn't something new just when my body gets stressed it happens tonils since forever and the joints since I had mono at 19. I also haven't been going to the gym when the polin started loading on my car window every morning and I hurt.. I should yet I would probably be living on ibprofin. Need to water it down and go, but then I don't feel like I have done anything... bad way to look at it.
384.6 lb Lost so far: 72.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I understand about the joint pain making it hard to do what you need to do. Try keeping limbered up indoors at home doing weight free stuff (like chair squats), walking up and down the hall, etc. I'm not qualified to address breathing issues; I take buffered aspirin for inflamed mucous membranes. My boss takes ibuprofen for the same reason. Fast food is part of my maintenance eating plan, so I'm not surprised about that. I gain on vegetables and lose on double cheeseburgers. I assume it's fiber retaining fluid in my bowels. Hope you can get settled soon!
