@gulinlin其實我兩周加起來才瘦1.1公斤,不過體脂上次才破30
來到29.7這次更是到28.4內臟脂也降到5.5這才是我最高興的

其實我覺得你們也很不簡單,上班外食還要聚餐還能維持或繼續減脂才是不容易

我就煩惱了!中元要普渡還有我公公忌日都得準備祭品,大概把這個月買的祭品零食消耗得差不多了又要買了!妳可以想像我整天在家面對一堆的零食卻不能動手去拿來吃的痛苦嗎?

普渡就買無糖綠茶,好看又沒熱量。水果就準備一些能放的。現在大樓都簡單就好~
