I know it.. I need to get out of the fast food... And started eating regular food not keto... I need to focus on building muscle and increasing my metabolism.. Because I was gaining with low calories on normal diet which I shouldn't... I think I'm going to have to go back to me to, because I have a lot of swelling I can feel it even though it's not showing... Like the ligament in my ankle acting up this weekend.. Things I can feel... But I have to plan for going back on keto and for the next few months my budget will be tight

Yup. sighs. However, it's called feedback. Frustrating, but it can be used for good. Now, you can make adjustments to get to where you want to go. Difficult? Yes. But don't give up! You can do this!

I was thinking about joining butcherbox(dot)com to see if it would help me. That way I know that I have meats to cook myself and it wont be too much lean meat. Its steaks and hamburger and bacon. You can choose the meats you want, the amount you want delivered. It might help stick with Keto if you dont like to shop, another thing is the FBomb nut butters, they have helped me when I am craving something sweet. Its full of good fats and tastes pretty good too.

I seem to do best when I keep it simple. Only you know what works best for your body. If you’re like me, you’ve tried a lot of weight loss approaches 😜. As my dad used to say...your tummy doesn’t know if you ate crackers or a steak, it just knows it’s full... Have to get our minds set first, then start filling the body with things we know are good and the rest will follow. ❤️

Klyn will be more expensive than in store I would think... We have been getting top sirloin round because it was $2.99/lb chicken is $1.99/lbs but other meats are more expensive and sometimes you need a break from chicken. I still have a pork loin in the freezer that was $2.49/lbs .. I just keep an eye on things and freeze them if I'm not going to be able to use then in the time.

Tom- still weight lifting just haven't been sharing... Been trying to chill instead of being on here all the time .. I need to stay away from fast food, but adding carb seems to add cravings for crazy food or more carbs protein dropping.. I need to least get that equalled out

Exactly Michelle I have to back away from social media at times to! Carbs and artificial sweeteners make my stomach hungry when I'm not have to avoid them good luck Sweetie!

Listen My Iron Pumper, Fast food can be a blue moon treat not a staple..that's like 2,000 plus cals a meal..don't work against yourself..listen learned..now move on and upwards..also some of that gain is probably muscle gain my bench presser

Just saying at Mickey D's a small double beef cheese burger an large fries and a med coke is 900cals..l know cause l had one..hahaha

I usually go for breakfast and skip the fries if I do a lunch. Today though I ended up skipping dinner because the local lunch special at a grocery store had me so stuffed I am literally still full. Why did I eat the whole thing... Totally stress ate.. But wasn't to bad
