Ouch.. Paying for the hammering today my wrists and forearm hurt like an sob.. My hands might work to type today... Not sure if I will go to the gym tonight. If I do I will maybe just do legs and cardio.. My arms HURT 🤕

Ouch indeed. I'd say give your wrists and arms as much of a break as you can today but still go and do some cardio of some type to keep the routine going.

Rest! It is very important that you rest. Take several days off, until your body is not tired and does not hurt. First, so that you'll avoid injury, and second to give your body time to recover, rebuild and get stronger. Your body will adapt, but it must be given time to recover by resting. Hitting the gym too soon, cuts off the body's adaptation response and increases the chance of injury. And remember, in the transformation you seek, 80-90% is what you eat, leaving only 10-20% left to exercise. The most overlooked component of exercise is rest. (the exercise cycle being: stress/stimulus followed by rest) You're doing great! Good luck!!

I will... Today the pain spread to all my limb joints so I eventually went home early and heaped covers on myself to warm up and took a nap. I haven't had my joints do that in awhile. I didn't go to the gym. I don't think it's going to be warm outside tomorrow, but I may take a few laps around the halls at work to just get the blood moving.
