gym day done upped my lat pull down to 90(it was in the machine), the back rows to 80, leg extensions 60, and leg abductions 170... was same on everything else did 2 rounds on everything 12-15 reps except on legs I did 20 reps for those. There is a little lady at the gym who every time she sees. me lifting she's like damn your strong. personal trainer asked me how I was doing I told her I am still plugging away no real scale change, but the inches have changed. she was like well that's good. I was like on paper I am doing everything right to be loosing, so I just have to give my body time to catch up with this exercising gig. lol

I have been waking up at 3 am in the mornings... If it keeps up I am thinking of just getting my butt up and going to the gym then and cranking it out.. I would be done well before my alarm would go off and have time to be home and take a shower and get my morning routine done.
