personal trainer night ... also did 5 min tred 3.0-3.5 and air bike and 10 minutes 3.0 and 5% for some of it.. and the ball of my feet hurt again dang it. I dont feel like I work out as hard when I work with the personal trainer, because i am learning.

Deadpool-it cut off the dates. But there are 3 columns that go together sets/reps/wt per day, so that chart is showing what I did Tuesday3/6 and today.

And thanks guys 😁I have Ben pushing to increase weights when I felt I could , but she really pushed an increase tonight since I have been doing extra reps and haven't had any real pain a day or two after.

My Little Arnold, now that l can see your w/o sheet I'm impressed with the full regiment.On your crunch's l see your wt.set is120 very impressive and your bench is70lbs you'll have them babies pt.ing to the heavens in no time.hahaha enjoy your trainer for whatever reason.Keep up the great work my iron pumper!

actually you might be working more efficiently with a trainer, they are making sure you are using proper form and the targeted muscles. I tend to 'cheat' a little when working out solo, using more muscles than I should!

My trainer always works me out - it's what I pay him for! I like working out with him because even though he puts me on the endless stair bastard (I still HATE stairs), I know that it builds me up. I love your workouts and your entries. I need to do better with mine. :D Thanks for the inspiration.

She and her husband saw me working out on my own on Tuesday and that's why they pushed increasing the weights, because I breezed through it so easy and was able to set up my weights quickly and easily. I think her husband made a comment lol.

Murph- got yah... Lol they need all the help they can get bahaha... Wish I was loosing those with my weight loss, but it's not been happening.. Not happy about that.. Ugh

carinaeletoile- The push is a good thing.. I know I need to work on cardio that's my weak area.. I get a cough after sometimes.. Since it was snowing and cold out last night when I left I got a cough cause my lungs tightened up.. But this morning I am fine.. I need to work on my lungs and cardio for sure
