Gym day done!! I warmed up with 5 min treadmill 3MPH. Then 2 sets each of 15 Lat Pulldown w/55lbs, 15 Butterflies #4(from educated guess I think this is 40lbs), 15 tricep 50lbs, 15 bicep 50lbs, 15 lateral raises #5, 20 ab crunch 1St at 90 2nd at 120 (the machine was on 90 so I was like what the heck let's see if we can and I was able to do them without stopping so went higher and also changed up the way I used the machine to fit my body better.. to tall with a big butt ugh hard to crunch), 20 leg curls w/45lbs and 3 sets of leg press on #5..finished up with 11 minutes on treadmill 2% incline at 3MPH. I was the only person in the gym other than people coming in to tan. So I listened to my jams and watched a YouTube video while I was on the treadmill. It was 17 minutes total and I had talked myself into completing the video so would have ended with almost 13 minutes on the treadmill, but I felt a bit faint at the end so called it since I was there alone. once I got off and caught my breath and stretched my side that had a catch I was fine. After I went to the grocery store lol.

Awesome! Yup gotta watch that, George saved my life he hit the stop button or I would have hit the wall in back of me lol now but not then! Your weights are incredible! Do you feel taller? For some reason I walk and carry myself better almost like I grew a few inches lol

I don't really feel taller, but I have a lot of aches in my lower back hip area.. Sitting til I got my new chair at work hurt... Back spasms started after I got the new chair it wouldn't go down as far as my last one did. I finally have my desk lifted 2 inches so now everything is good.

Murph- I have been using the weights attached to the cables and pullies and use the rope with balls at the end. The motion it's self is fine, but I need to work on that last little pump when you get to the bottom of the motion and pull to the sides. It catches my forearm muscles a bit right there and my forearms get tired before my triceps. Then at the end of the set I am not fully finishing the motion. So I give myself a few seconds at Rep ten to take a deep breath readjust my self and tell myself to finish the motion.

knock that weight to 25lbs so that can create a smooth motion that will allow to to target your tri's and not your forearms it's about smooth flow with the exercise not the huff and grunt and when your doing it correctly your tri's will burn and tighten up.then you know you targeted that musclr correctly Darling Cable Puller.

I don't grunt and the motion is smooth at 50lbs.. I have been watching lexfitness on YouTube and while I was there I tried leaning forward ever so slightly and it made it easier to make the outward motion at the end

The first day there was a guy there grunting super loud.. Startled me the first time it happened.. I almost laughed.. And the trainer looked over at him like she was tiffed and just said 'I know' and rolled her eyes lol

lmbo! They have a sign at my gym that says "no grunting"

Jitter... Lol... I think it was the trainers husband hehehehe

No not you doing the huff and grunt per say, some people will lift heavier weight than what's needed to work that area and they'll strain and huff or grunt but not really working that area correctly and end up with a shorter set.
