Feeling great after using the treadmill for a little over 2 hours. Made it 6.26 miles. Burned 800 calories. Also I love google. Looking for some high protein low carb snacks and yum! Mix peanut butter with protein powder for a snack. It was so good! Also it beats having to drink my protein all the time when i feel a little hungry. I am just really happy my kids were being well behaved upstairs so i could burn off all those calories. Especially the ones from eating ice cream yesterday. :)
