I'm no longer in it to loose weight. The enemy is body fat...

I'm pretty much at the level of resistance training as before the holidays. I'm still carrying more body fat than before the holidays but less than the first week of this year. I'm still maintaining a 32 inch waist even though my weight not yet back in the Blue zone. Yesterday I got in a medium intensity workout, ate at 101% of goal and met all activity goals...

Keto is super supportive of those workouts, moves your body the right direction faster (and more healthfully) than without.

I was told by my trainer that body fat melts away with consistent high intensity cardio along with a healthy diet. Keep up the great work and trust the process. You've got this!

From what I've read cardio with short bursts of speed (interval training) is what burns bodyfat mine dropped from 27% to cureent 14.8% through interval training.
