keto version of "breakfast of champions" .. lol ... was running late so grabbed a hunk o' meat and coke zero.. hope everyone is staying warm out there!!

Half an avocado or a hand full of almonds would have really made this a Keto breakfast of champions!

Give up the artificial drink. ;) I just learned that your brain cannot tell the difference between that Coke and sugar. Best wishes for success!

Lol.. Sorry guess y'all didn't get the joke. I was referencing "breakfast of champions " aka beer.. I forget where I saw that joke seemed it was a movie. Anyway was sort of a grab stuff and scoot out the door and didn't have time for coffee, but I did put stuff in a cup to make it later. I got a small heavy whipping cream with a twist lid, so I can add cinnamon, almond extract and erythritol so I can just pour it in while at work

I needed coffee but didn't have time so this was my avalible caffeine. I need to take some zipfizz to work for caffeine. I got things for work, such as boullion cubes (throats been hurting) and tuna pouches for those I'm starving and need something!!

According to Kurt Vonnegut, The Breakfast of Champions is a double martini! My Champion Breakfast is Bullet Proof Coffee. :D

I'm about to start a keto diet, do diet sodas interfere are they ok to have?

Music, the artificial sweeteners in diet soda still activate the sugar receptors in your brain, and cause sugar cravings. If you cannot get rid of them altogether, then ween yourself off of all sodas over a week or two. It was very difficult and took years for me to get over my soda addiction.
