Warm & yummy for my Keto- low carb- fasted tummy.

Massive plate of organic spinach sautéed with bacon topped with 3 omega 3 eggs sprinkled with tamari roasted pumpkin seeds, cracked pepper, sea salt.

Main meal today. 😋

Looks delicious! I make something similar quite often but I live you addition of the tamari pumpkin seeds! I've had tamari almonds before but haven't seen the pumpkin seeds... where do you get them?

I get them at a locally owned market in California but pepitas are very similar and those are at many markets.

Darn! Yeah, I get roasted pepitas/pumpkin seeds often. Just haven't seen the tamari ones. I'll have to look around a bit more!
