Tuesday 9/19 notes morning: 45 minute killer back workout with trainer in fasted state. Heavenly. Starting eating window around 1:30 pm.

Monday 9/18 notes- coffee in am, lunch: 4 eggs with cheddar & broccoli with grass/fed butter. Dinner: sous vide chicken, baby kale cooked in EVOO & garlic, grass fed butter, 1 serving Lily's dark chocolate for dessert. Nothing after 6:40--approx 4 hr eating window.
