Keto/Low Carb w/ Intermittent Fasting

Big salad w/ Romaine, chicken, bacon etc& 5T Locally made fresh Blue cheese dressing.

2T local Organic apple cider vinegar in 20 oz water- (lowers post-meal blood sugar)

Not measuring today.

glen- that's what the studies indicate. And I have found several sources saying the same thing. When diabetics drank diluted acv with their meal, their post-meal blood sugar numbers were lower- I think it was 20-30%. I was diagnosed prediabetic last year so staying away from blood sugar spikes is really important for my weight loss.
