I have been doing my own cooking for the last couple of months while my wife is away. Today I prepared two Oven fried Tilapia fillets made with Dukes mayo, bread crumbs and butter; Grillin' beans, Normandy-style veggies with a dab of Greek yogurt and unsweetened tea. I'm not starving...

What kind of breadcrumbs, John? This is an Atkins diet group. Breadcrumbs must be not “bread” :-) unless you are in the maintenance phase

@Ches, Duke's Mayonnaise is a staple in the south. It's not as sweet as some other brands. @Aurorainid, I have been in maintenance for more than a year. I have never done "Atkins" but I do believe in low carb eating...
