(SWW)Strength training with free weights today- had some trouble with my balance during lunges.

Ha! 😂😂 Yeah, I think I need to lose another 10 pounds or so and strengthen my core some more and then I will be able to do them again. I didn't weigh this much when I last did lunges. 😂
