WOW!!!! Great job, my friend! I wasn't around when you were losing the weight but you've seriously been a huge inspiration to me. A couple of my friends just started Keto and Fatsecret and I told them to send you buddy requests. Can't wait to drop my 100 pounds.

I dropped from a 56+ inch waist down to 34/36 inch waist in less than year. Thought about shooting for 32", but I would look sickly.
