Tragic, isn't it? Stupid thing, I deluded myself into thinking I wasn't that bad off until I ended up at the doctors office with a blood clot in my heart. And even after that it took over a year for me to finally do something about it. 447 lbs down to 200 lbs in less than a year. I'm well below my initial goal weight, bounced around about ten pounds between 180 and 190 for about six months now. Going into the new year I'm focused on health and exercise, weight and eating aren't an issue any more!
