I missed my official weigh-in day because as I was headed out this past Wednesday to run errands, which included stopping by the scale I use for my official weigh-in's, when the car went ka-put, literally, started smoking and died. I had it towed to my mechanic and haven't heard anything back since Wednesday. I admit I've been worried, but managed to stay on-plan, one-meal-a-day, Carnivore, my last three meals have been Texas hot links fried in bacon fat. — My back-up vehicle also needs work, so I haven't ventured far from home the last few days. So, I'll stick with the unofficial weigh-in I had a couple of weeks ago, I'll post numbers and here's some pics. Happy weekend FatSecret, have a great one!

Phil, you have done better than I did, I gained back all but 3 lbs, so I have started back right at the same place I was in 2014. I also could not move as freely as I could at age 50. Too much sitting had my hip locked up and my hip acting up caused me to injure my knee on my other leg. You look great! we can do this again, it ain't nothing but a thang!

Wow, phil! You really had a rough week. (((HUGS))) You look great! I love that smile! No worries about the gain, OG. Like you said, we are all human. COVID really did a number on everyone in one way or another. You've done an amazing job in the last 6 months! 👏👏👏 The good news is that we are older & wiser this time around. We know what works & what doesn't work for us. We know our triggers & we've also learned what happens when the GAF hits the fan. WE'VE GOT THIS!!! Always remember that NO MATTER WHAT you will always be my hero! 💜🫶

@Dazey Ha! Thanks. One of my best friends from high school looks way more like Jonathan Davis than I do! I always get, "you look like that guy from Penn & Teller." 😂
