Hi John, I have a FitBit that I wear all the time helps keep me motivated, I think I would feel lost without it. I try to keep 10,000. plus steps a day and I really don't have a problem doing that.

Congrats Keep it up I want a Fitbit but won't be getting one until Black Friday so I've been using my phone to track making sure I complete 10,000 steps a day
