Starting a new month. Finished May 2015 as the first month since I've been on FatSecret (June 2012) where I finished with a calorie surplus (3074 eaten per day compared to 3002 burned). Lots of vacation eating. Will have more in June, but will try not to overdo it. Worked from home today so fasted until 4pm and got in a 1000 calorie treadmill workout. Weighed 210.8, which is not too bad considering the treats I had yesterday. Will continue to work on losing the water. Hit all my macros after dinner so enjoyed three tablespoons each of four Ben & Jerry's flavors. Went over by 100 calories. Will make that up tomorrow.

Like your new pic also. You have got some awesome willpower limiting yourself to a few tablespoons of Ben & Jerry's. If I had it in the house we'd need a padlock on the freezer.
