Did not drop much overnight. 206.6 waking weigh in. Body fat lower than my recent 204.4 reading, so once we lose the water, we will be good. First alcohol of the month at a happy hour tonight. Will try not to eat later. Will come home and walk off any extra calories on the treadmill. So far this month, I have not had to adjust my daily calories on subsequent days. Will try to keep that streak alive.
