Evening weigh in of 213.0 bodes well for maybe hitting 211 or 212 in the morning. That will salvage part of this extreme overeating month of April 2014. My two trips to Ohio combined to offer the highest monthly calorie total I've eaten since being on FatSecret. And I gained 29 lbs. of water weight. But I've lost 20 of those in a short time. I've been reminded of my limits and will tackle May 2014 with an approximate 1000 calorie per day deficit. I do remind myself that before the trips, I hit a new all-time low of 204.0 lbs., so I came very close to my ultimate goal before slipping. Will try to get that back in May. Today served as a modest adjustment day to even out yesterday's pizza lunch.
