Ok. Back to my low of 215.1. Today is a fast day, so I hope to lose a bit more. Will include juicing and maybe a protein bar for dinner.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 111.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad you found a bar that was LC and tasted good. Yes, it can take some searching. I usually look for high fiber, LC, as I am sure you did too. And some of them I find far too sweet. But you found one you like, for a decent calories, decent carb and decent protein. So it's all good. :) Can't wait for updates tomorrow :)

You too dear, have a great day working from home - I know there is no money coming in but it is SO nice to work from home, in any type of attire you feel like - pj's, shorts or even just a smile :) Enjoy, know that I have made you laugh :) And I have no doubt you will make your goal.
