Fast day two resulted in a 220.0 weigh in. Working good so far. Will eat modestly through the weekend to see if I can keep it going and hit a new low.
219.7 lb Lost so far: 105.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great stuff, so glad you are seeing progress. Me too! I didn't record it, because I didn't record the jump up. It's all good, I know where I am :) I can't promise to eat modestly this week-end as will be in Buffalo. We are going eat at 2 favorite places - Long Horn Steak House - so inexpensive compared to Canada and Firehouse Subs (think that's the name). I think for the sub place though I will likely encourage hubby to get a large and I will eat just a bit of his. They are so good and so loaded with meat, I just need, for me, to avoid the breads!
