Down a bit more than a pound to 226.3 after a halfway decent calorie day. Ate a lot of amazing food at the Luxe Bar and Grill on Detroit Avenue in Cleveland, but not enough to go over my calorie target. Will try to get a few fast days in despite being on vacation.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 100.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
