I think I'm losing muscle mass. I have not been good about my food or my exercise but the scale is going down. I need to step it up. It's difficult to squeeze it in these past few weeks and I think I've been taking the easy way out with boxed and canned foods and I haven't worked out as much because there is always somewhere I have to go and I don't have time for showers and getting ready. I have three more busy days coming up and after that I'm getting serious again. Mark my words.
