Had a great weekend with my old Navy pals and of course ate and drank with abandon. But can't believe a 12.5 pound gain (257.5). Ate 900 calories on my travel back day yesterday, to no avail. Back to work.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
