Just not motivated to do much....I think I am kinda depressed since I very rarely go outside of the house. Everything seems to hold me back between the weather, having such young children, the fact I don't have a vehicle to leave the house, the list goes on. My husband is gone from around 9 am to 9 or 10 pm Monday thru Saturday and Sunday is church. So even if I do anything I have the kids too. I don't have anyone to help me with them to get some time either. I dunno what to do. I have expressed my feelings to him and solutions many times but nothing ever changes. Makes me extremely sad. Wish for once he though what I felt was important enough to make a difference. O well, maybe I will feel better tomorrow.

Only you have the power to make changes which lead to your happiness. It's hard when you are home alone all the time with young kids. You need to get yourself on a healthy eating plan. Put the kids in the stroller and go for a walk. If there is a park in your area, take a healthy picnic and eat there. Do fun things with the kids to lift your spirits. See if there is some online support groups for moms so you can vent and find ways to get out more. Buy an exercise DVD and do it at home for exercise. Once you start taking steps to feel better about yourself, other area's in your life will follow. Take small steps. The kids will be in school before you know it. Then you will be able to do what you want that will make you happy. Good luck@

Actually just playing active games with your kids is good exercise... and it's good for them too. Throw a ball, play hopscotch, whatever

No park where I live or anything for that matter. Is is surprising we even have a few stop signs if you get my drift. I do own a bowflex and use it. I also eat healthy most of the time that is why I am losing weight without quite a lot of exercise. As for going for a walk thing that is where the bad, cooler wet weather comes in making it difficult with such small children. They are 7,3,2 and 8 months old.
