80lbs down .. had to put one with my shirt normal,but i wanted one that showed the whole belly situation

Thanks guys.. Not really an accomplishment, just back down to 80lbs down.. Just glad I didn't get back up to where I was. I would like to keep this going and loose atleast another 80lbs... Then see where thay goes

I am not really moving quickly everything stagnated this summer and I basically maintained.. I have lost the bit I gained and now can work on loosing again. I don't think that I will make the goal of seeing 295 in 2018, but I definitely can by next summer. I think during the winter if I can't get out and do some excercise I will do some fasting. It's way to easy for me to fast, because although I am a big girl and love food I don't think about it all the time and there are times when I don't realize I am hungry until I smell food or someone mentions aren't you hungry it's been a long time since you ate... Oh really lol...

Proud and envious. Pepple like you give people like me hope. This is my second wind on a program. 1999 I was 367+ now I'm 221 and working to get the last 80 off. Thank you for working so hard. You give all of us inspiration.
