I'm doing really well. I was a tiny dissappointed in myself because i ate some peanutes i shouldnt of eaten. But everyone has setbacks sometimes. I think i'll just spend a little more time at the gym tonight. :)
213.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
