Predictable! I ate a lot of Easter chocolate the last two weeks. I ate close to Maintainance calories. I know my goal is another 10 but I think I needed a little break from going so hard on the diet. I continued to exercise. School and trying to buy a home from across the country has been extremely stressful. I’m a stress eater. I did really well to avoid it for months, but it’s been hard this week. No more chocolates in the house. Did get some double chocolate protein cookies. Will be using these in place of high carb high sugar Hershey’s chocolates. I’m not gaining the weight back. I’m stronger than my stress. NSV: I can do hanging ab exercises. 176.6 lb Lost so far: 77.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I too stress eat. I've been out of work for a month and gave gained back 10 lbs....I'm so mad at myself!!

Sorry. Stress eating sucks. Try to go easy on yourself. Try to Focus on bettering yourself. Being mad at ourselves won’t fix it. You got this.

I stress eat as well! It sucks🤦🏻‍♀️! It’s hard not to beat yourself up! I keep trying to do extra chores and exercise instead! LOL 🤷🏻‍♀️

I stress eat too. Do you use various techniques to help with this like journaling or mindfulness?

I was meditating, but have fallen off because of too many strees commitments on my time.😏 But I very much try to journal and use mind tricks to substitute one activity or another for the eating and do nothing but eat when I eat so I can’t multi-task and it slows me down so much that I don’t want to do it! LOL 🙋🏻
