Weighing in - did a steak cheese subway wrap with fixings - steak , tomato lettuce shracha mayonaisse extra pickles , extra black olive - arby Turkey gyro ( ask for salad as side, perfect no extra cost I don't believe instead of fries )diet soda 2 -2 liters , 5 dove chocolate eggs , green beans , chicken leg quarter - extra carbs in wraps , black olives , candy all led to massive weight gain - lol - - looks like buffalo wings , small salad with ranch , Cajun chicken and corn for lunch - Cajun chicken was for breakfast - I got to say both subway and Arby's people very nice - I am starting to comment on nice people when I have the chance - the others not nice get not mention or time of day - WHEN NOT IF
195.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
