Carbs. Not even once. Not even for my birthday. Not for anything.

I'm EXTREMELY lucky that my new clothes still fit and that my waist measurment hasn't gone up. I'm just wondering where the water weight went lmao.

So, when people tell you if they get kicked out of Keto that they will gain a bunch of water weight overnight? BELIEVE THEM. PLEASE.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
