Day 24: 128.8# Every few days I cut out cream, cheese, and reduce my veges..then I go back to eating normal-style atkins. My pain in my adbdomen is going away I think! Praise the Lord :)
128.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

I'm thinking of starting a routine where I cut out all those things for Monday-Wed, then have a little bit more on Thurs-Sat and have a few extra carbs (legal ones) on Sunday. What do you think?

It may break your "stall." I try to do Stillman's every other day to shake things up a bit. Apparently, I shook hahah. The only thing is I find Im so unhungry, I barely get my veges in as is, and by doing Stillmans, it makes the vege intake that much lower. You can always give it a go! For me, every other day would be more managable, b/c Stillmans (only eggs, meat, s/f jello, and ketchup sparingly) isnt easy for me day to day. Good luck experimenting Sara!

Edited to say Stillmans Quick Weight Loss diet is what Im alternately using. It is low fat, high protein, practically no sugar, low calorie (no problem for me there..I had to eat my 2 egg omelette for breakfast..and then forced myself to finish it at lunch today.)

I don't think I'll start experimenting until I finish the BTBW challenge, but after I am done with that I might try a couple days a week where I only eat my 3 cups of salad and protein. I can't do without at least my salad because otherwise I have other problems. Do you use s/f ketchup? If so, where do you find it. I can't find it anywhere. Maybe someone has a recipe to make it.

krogers..superwalmart...I probably should buy 1 carb heinz ketchup..but I dont eat enough carbs to worry..so I use the regular..a few dots is fine by me.
