I am making great progress. I have been exercising a little and trying to stay under 2000 calories with lower carbs than normal. however I did hurt my leg yesterday. hopefully it will heal soon so I can continue to exercise.
233.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
