Lowest I’ve seen!
173.8 lb Lost so far: 80.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your attitude is wonderful! LOL Snd so ate your tips for dieting! I found myself chuckling because many of the food tips were ones I might have said. 🤷🏻‍♀️And the exercise tips were fantastic! 🙋🏻I had the surgery and wouldn’t really recommend it. I did it because I have an autoimmune disease that attacks my thyroid and I’ve been known to lose 60-80 lbs in a year and gain it back in 1 month when more of my thyroid goes away. 💁🏻‍♀️So I wanted to get it down fast in case I lost the thyroid so it had a lower starting point again. LOL 🙋🏻‍♀️But it leaves you with some absorption issues for nutrients that don’t go away so you always have to be aware of it. 🤷🏻‍♀️Andyou STILL have all the cravings you always did! LOL
