The scale is going right back up ! Spent 2 hours in gym yesterday felt good about that minus the pain I came across from sit-ups again . Need to stay away from sugars and carbs can’t believe this so disheartening and disgorging read about estrogen and testosterone levels being a contributing factor for women especially and know that I am officially the Big 50 have to think about it
181.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
