must say I really wanted to lose 1kg a week but 500g a week not to bad and I know it is easier to keep off in the long run. But getting my exercise bike tomorrow so then I think my 1kg goal a week will be achieved. 500g clean eating 500g exercise😀
155.4 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
