after red days, flu berat, bolos gym
seminggu 😷
tpi masa lemak masih buanyak,, dan tebakan saya muscle yg sudah sedikit saya build ya hilang lg 🤣🤣
110.9 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
